1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing products or services from V Care Mobiles & Laptops, either in-store or through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make any purchases.

These terms apply to:
- Purchase of new mobile phones and laptops
- Purchase of pre-owned (used) mobile phones and laptops
- Purchase of accessories and related products
- Repair and technical services
- Trade-in transactions
- Any other services provided by V Care Mobiles & Laptops

2. PRODUCT SALES

2.1 NEW PRODUCTS

All new mobile phones and laptops sold by V Care Mobiles & Laptops are:
- 100% genuine and authentic
- Sourced from authorized distributors and manufacturers
- Covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty
- Sealed in original packaging (unless opened for demonstration purposes with customer consent)

Brands we specialize in:
- Mobile Phones: Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo
- Laptops: HP, Dell, Lenovo

2.2 PRE-OWNED (USED) PRODUCTS

All pre-owned devices sold by V Care Mobiles & Laptops are:
- Thoroughly inspected and tested by our technicians
- Unlocked for use with any carrier (where applicable)
- Sold with accurate condition descriptions (Excellent, Good, Fair)
- Backed by our 7-day return policy for functional defects

Pre-owned devices do NOT include:
- Original manufacturer warranty (unless remaining warranty is explicitly stated)
- Original packaging or accessories (unless explicitly stated)
- Guarantee of cosmetic perfection (minor wear is normal for used devices)

2.3 PRICING AND PAYMENT

- All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We accept payment via: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase
- A valid receipt will be provided for all transactions

2.4 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

- Product availability is subject to stock
- We reserve the right to limit quantities on any product
- Online listings may not reflect real-time in-store inventory
- Products advertised are subject to availability and may be discontinued

3. WARRANTIES
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════

3.1 MANUFACTURER WARRANTY (NEW PRODUCTS)

New products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty:
- Warranty period and terms are determined by the manufacturer
- Warranty cards and documentation are provided at purchase
- Warranty claims must be processed according to manufacturer guidelines
- V Care Mobiles & Laptops will assist with warranty claim procedures

3.2 V CARE LIMITED WARRANTY (PRE-OWNED PRODUCTS)

Pre-owned products include a 7-day limited warranty covering:
- Functional defects present at time of sale
- Hardware failures that were not disclosed at purchase
- Battery performance significantly below stated capacity

This warranty does NOT cover:
- Cosmetic damage or wear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
- Software issues or user-installed applications
- Normal battery degradation after 7 days
- Water damage or physical impact after purchase

3.3 REPAIR WARRANTY

Repairs performed by V Care Mobiles & Laptops include a 30-day warranty on:
- Replacement parts used
- Labor and workmanship
- Specific repair performed (screen, battery, etc.)

Repair warranty does NOT cover:
- Other components not part of the original repair
- Damage caused by subsequent drops, water exposure, or misuse
- Cosmetic defects unrelated to the repair
- Software issues or data loss

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

4.1 NEW PRODUCTS

Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase if:
- Product is unopened and in original sealed packaging
- Product is defective or damaged on arrival
- Wrong product was provided

Returns NOT accepted if:
- Product has been opened, used, or activated (except for defects)
- Product packaging is damaged or missing
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- Product was purchased during clearance or final sale

4.2 PRE-OWNED PRODUCTS

Returns accepted within 7 days if:
- Product has functional defects not disclosed at sale
- Product does not match the described condition
- Hardware failure occurs within warranty period

Returns require:
- Original receipt
- All included accessories and packaging
- Device in same condition as sold

4.3 REFUND PROCESS

Approved returns will be refunded via:
- Same payment method used for purchase
- Cash refund (if paid in cash)
- Store credit (at customer's request)

Refund processing time:
- Cash refunds: Immediate upon approval
- Card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfers: 3-7 business days

4.4 NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are NOT eligible for refund:
- Accessories (cases, chargers, headphones) once opened
- Software licenses or digital products
- Services already rendered (completed repairs)
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)

5. REPAIR SERVICES

5.1 REPAIR TERMS

When you submit a device for repair:
- Free diagnosis will be provided before repair work begins
- You will receive a written quote including parts and labor costs
- Repair work begins only after your approval of the quote
- Estimated repair time will be communicated (same-day, 24 hours, 2-3 days)

5.2 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Before submitting device for repair, you must:
- Back up all personal data (photos, contacts, files)
- Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and personal accessories
- Disable device locks (passcode, Find My iPhone, Google Account)
- Inform us of any existing damage or previous repairs

V Care Mobiles & Laptops is NOT responsible for:
- Data loss during repair (backup is customer's responsibility)
- Forgotten passcodes or account locks preventing repair
- Accessories left with device
- Third-party software issues or data corruption

5.3 GENUINE PARTS

We use genuine manufacturer parts or high-quality aftermarket parts:
- Genuine parts: Original manufacturer components (when available)
- Aftermarket parts: Premium third-party components meeting our quality standards
- Part type will be disclosed in repair quote
- All parts covered by 30-day warranty

5.4 DEVICE COLLECTION

Repaired devices must be collected within:
- 30 days of repair completion

After 30 days:
- Storage fees of AED 50 per month may apply
- After 90 days, unclaimed devices may be disposed of or resold to recover costs

5.5 UNREPAIRABLE DEVICES

If a device is deemed unrepairable:
- Diagnosis fee may apply (if extensive testing required)
- Device will be returned to customer in original condition
- We may offer trade-in value for parts/recycling

6. TRADE-IN PROGRAM

6.1 TRADE-IN PROCESS

When trading in a device:
- Device will be evaluated for condition, functionality, and market value
- Trade-in value will be offered based on assessment
- Value can be applied toward purchase of new/used device or accessories
- Trade-in value is valid for same-day transaction only

6.2 TRADE-IN REQUIREMENTS

Devices must:
- Power on and be functional
- Not be blacklisted or reported stolen
- Be cleared of all account locks (iCloud, Google Account)
- Include charger (preferred but not required)

We reserve the right to:
- Refuse trade-in of any device
- Adjust value based on undisclosed damage or issues
- Verify device is not stolen or blacklisted

6.3 TRADE-IN OWNERSHIP

By trading in a device, you confirm:
- You are the legal owner of the device
- Device is not stolen, lost, or subject to any claims
- You have removed all personal data and accounts
- You transfer all ownership rights to V Care Mobiles & Laptops

Trade-ins are final and non-reversible.

7. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
- Engages in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward staff
- Attempts to defraud or deceive our business
- Violates these Terms and Conditions
- Has outstanding unpaid invoices or debts

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

V Care Mobiles & Laptops liability is limited to:
- Replacement or repair of defective products within warranty period
- Refund of purchase price for valid returns
- Re-performance of repair services covered under warranty

We are NOT liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss or corruption
- Lost profits or business interruption
- Compatibility issues with third-party devices or services
- Damages exceeding the original purchase price

Maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed:
- Belong to their respective owners
- Are used for descriptive and identification purposes only
- Do not imply endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated

V Care Mobiles & Laptops name, logo, and website content are proprietary and protected.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by:
- Laws of the United Arab Emirates
- Regulations of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
- UAE Consumer Protection regulations

Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good-faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE as final jurisdiction

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

V Care Mobiles & Laptops reserves the right to:
- Modify these Terms and Conditions at any time
- Update policies without prior notice
- Post revised terms on our website and in-store

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Last updated date will be displayed at the top of this document.

12. SEVERABILITY
